About Casa Pepe
We opened Casa Pepe in 2006, with an idea of creating a quality vegetarian restaurant that was a dining experience.
Our food is full of flavour, with taste and satisfaction being our objective.
Our cooking is greatly influenced by our childhoods and travels. We both had similar upbringings in vegetarian families, and at home our food was mostly Indian bursting with spices and flavour.
Before opening Casa Pepe we traveled around Northern Italy. The rustic simplicity of Italian food captured our hearts. Just combining a few simple ingredients of the best quality can be a showstopper.
These inspirations have led us to create an eclectic menu of Mediterranean and eastern influences. The freshness and quality of ingredients is very important to us. We use a lot of organic ingredients and throughout the seasons our own gardens, produce a variety of herbs and vegetables.
Byron is a great place to have a restaurant, with wonderful local farmers and a very vibrant community. We try to reflect this in our food, and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
